I am a teacher at Kings Mountain Middle School in KM, NC.
Our principle allowed myself and another teacher and a group of
students to start a Bible club this year. It took us a while to get up
and going. However, this week we had two of our students give
their lives to Christ. We are praying for many others to make
decisions before the year is out. God is so AWESOME!

Hi. My name is Kristy. I'm 17 years old and a junior in High School.
I just wanted to thank God because I was able to get a youth rally
planned at my school. My principal is being really cool about it and the
teachers are wanting to participate. Of course some people are giving
me a hassle, but that's just normal. So I encourage everyone today…
don't hold back if God puts something on your heart…go for it with
 everything you've got!!!!

These past years have been tough for me because people have made fun
of me due to my religion. I have had a very hard time with it. But, God has
helped me through it. People make fun of me almost everyday. But, I am
not ashamed of the one I love. And that person is Jesus Christ. I thank
God for some people in my school that are also Christians. Some of them
even wear Christian T-shirts. People have made fun of me because I only
listen to Christian music.  I don't care though, because I love Christian music;
it builds you up. I am 11 years old and I am a believer and I am not ashamed.

Hey all you beautiful people out there!! I'm typing this for you, so that maybe
you will have a little more courage to stand up for Jesus, not just in the school,
but whenever you face persecution or an unbeliever. I may not have the most
glamorous testimony in the world, but I still love to give it. See, I was not brought
up in a Christian home. I was taught to believe in God. Yet, my parents didn't
believe in Christ, going so far as to say that our own Lord and Savior was Satan
in the flesh. Awful, is it not? But, I do not seek your pity-I just want to let you
know that I stand up to my own family at least once a week. If I can stand up
to them, then surely you can stand up to your classmates at school. I have a few
ideas for you. If you are a writer, like me, write poems or stories about Christ
and read them aloud in class when given an opportunity, so that students and the
teacher will hear you speak. They will not tell you to be quiet-at least they don't
tell me that. Or, if you are an artist, paint something Christian and submit it. We
just had art week in my Spanish class and this involved projects. One of my
projects was a cubist style picture of a cross with a heart in the middle. What I
am trying to say is that you can witness in many different ways. Sing about him on
the streets or while you're going to class. Don't care about the stares or smirks,
because you know whom you are singing for.
I hope this helps someone who is struggling. I'm praying for you, all my brothers
and sisters! Take care and God bless you!! Love you!!!

Out response to each of you :
May you continue to impact this nation with the Truth of Jesus Christ. Whether
at home or school, as you take a stand for your faith, it will encourage others to
do likewise. Gather those in your school who want to make a difference and start
a Bible club. Check out some of the tips on this web page or contact First Priority.
Please let us know if you need further resources or assistance. Above all else,
never forsake a vision the Lord gives you for your life. May God bless you in your
ministry.
"Who is going to harm you if you are eager to do good? But even if you
should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. "Do not fear what they fear; do not
be frightened." But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to
give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you
have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that
those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed
of their slander."
